Phil Franzone has developed expertise in due diligence, real estate development, preconstruction and construction management. At K.Hovnanian, Phil was an integral part of a building team that won several prestigious awards including the 2009 J.D. Power Homebuilder Customer Satisfaction Award for Northern NJ, and the NJ Energy Star Award for energy efficient homebuilding designs. During his tenure at Turner Construction, Franzone received the N.J. In his community, Phil donated his expertise to the township of Clinton, NJ to assist with the design and construction of the “Field of Dreams” playground. This 32,000 square foot wood structure playground was hand-crafted and assembled on site with more than 1,500 volunteers. Phil was appointed Committee Chair to oversee the procurement of materials, services and labor associated with this community “barn-raising” type event.
