Franzone Consulting provided onsite supervisory services on this 4000 Square Foot Material Sciences Lab. The lab was fitted out in an existing office building and was completed in approximately 3 months.
Hired as the owner's representative, Franzone Consulting is an integral part of the owner's building team to oversee the construction of a 42 story luxury high rise rental building in Manhattan. This 310 unit building boasts both interior and exterior amenity packages, glass and stone exterior finishes, high end fit and finish interiors and below grade parking.
Franzone Consulting was hired as the project supervisor to oversee the upgrading of the HVAC system of an industrial facility that manufactures flavors and fragrances. The 40,000 SF production floor was required to be operational during construction on a 24 hour/7 day a week basis. The work consisted of installing a new state of the art rooftop HVAC unit; a new exhaust system with primary and secondary carbon filters; a chiller and associated piping; 48 inch cylindrical ductwork; and a modified torch down roof overlay.
