Phil Franzone
Phil Franzone graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and earned his M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a construction management professional with over 35 years of industry experience. His professional experience includes long tenures at premier metropolitan building and real estate companies Turner Construction and K. Hovnanian.
In 2010 Phil identified a need for construction professionals to support small business owners who were preparing to start their own construction projects. Phil applies his considerable experience to all aspects of construction as project manager, as well as to specialized tasks as an adjunct member of a client’s team. Business owners who would otherwise find themselves entangled in time consuming approvals, design development, and construction, can focus once again on the core of their business.
